‘How to work with young people in rural areas’ – Methodology for Knowledge Transfer for Successful Engagement and Motivation of Young People in Rural Youth Work is a result of work of youth workers coming from 4 partners organisations ZPTM Brežice (Slovenia), Pokret gorana Vojvodine (Serbia), Fattoria Pugliese Diffusa (Italy) and Asociatia Be You (Romania).
The documents covers 7 modules, with 13 different sessions, that can be implemented in a multiday training course or separately as daily/weekly workshops.
Module 1 covers the topic of basics of rural youth work
Module 2 covers the topic of engagement challenges of rural youth
Module 3 covers the topic of motivational techniques for rural youth
Module 4 covers the topic of how to develop programmes for rural youth
Module 5 covers the topic of practical implementation strategies
Module 6 covers the topic of how to understand and implement evaluation
Modules 7 covers case studies and best practices.
